Focus, Click, Reflect: A Blog About More Than Photography. Where Photos Meet Philosophy.

Coming back to blogging after more than seven years, I wanted to do something different. I’m not the same person I was when I took a break from full-time shooting—hopefully a bit calmer, a bit wiser 😅. I’m a father now, and becoming a parent has definitely changed the way I see the world.

This time around, the blog isn’t just about photography. While that’s still a big part of who I am, I want this space to be more personal and purposeful. It’s a way for me to share my experiences—both behind the camera and beyond it—and hopefully pass on something useful to others. Whether it’s lessons I’ve learned, stories from the journey, or just thoughts that might help someone out there, I want this blog to be a place where connection and growth happen.

I’ve just added two new blog categories where I’ll be sharing bits of my experience and whatever advice I can offer. The first one’s called Life Shots —it’ll lean more toward tips, lessons, and things I’ve learned along the way. The second is My Thoughts, which, as the name suggests, is where I’ll just talk about… well, my thoughts—stuff I’m reflecting on or feel like chatting about. Although I think some of my posts will come under both categories.

Thanks for being here—it means a lot. I’m excited (and maybe just a little rusty) to get back into blogging, but I’m looking forward to sharing more, learning as I go, and connecting with you along the way. Here’s to new chapters and fresh starts and let’s see where this goes.

Have questions, thoughts, or even your own stories to share? I’m all ears!
